Our Process

Stage 1 – Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.

Stage 2 – Investigation

A suitably qualified member of staff will investigate the matter independently where possible.

Stage 3 – Outcome

We aim to provide a final written response within 8 weeks of receiving the complaint.

If additional time is required, we will explain why and provide an updated timeframe.

Depending on the nature of the complaint and your eligibility, you may have rights to refer certain complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
