All reports, templates, policies, documents and materials produced by Authorised Compliance Ltd remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice.
Outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
These Terms of Business shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
