Meta advertising support for commercial finance firms
Advertising review, practical sign-off and verification support for eligible commercial finance businesses. We start with your business model and follow the journey beyond the advert.
A scoped commercial compliance service. Contractual sign-off is not statutory authorisation or FCA authorisation. Meta makes its own verification and advertising decisions.
The practical challenge
Your finance may be unregulated. Your advertising still needs attention.
A commercial-finance campaign can encounter Meta's financial-services verification requirements even where its underlying activity is outside the regulated consumer-credit perimeter.
The work begins to establish what your business does, who can apply and whether verification arrangements are appropriate. We bring those questions together with a review of what customers actually see.

Eligibility comes first
A service for the right business model.
Designed for eligible UK non-regulated commercial-finance advertising and lead-generation activity on Meta. Each product, audience, campaign and customer journey is assessed individually.
Clear boundaries from the start
This service does not confer FCA authorisation, AR or IAR status or a principal relationship. It does not include statutory financial-promotion approval.
Finance sought wholly for business purposes
We examine borrower type, eligibility controls, products and how enquiries are routed.
A defined Meta advertising operation
The accounts, brands, assets and verification arrangement must be expressly agreed. Other platforms require separate scope.
A willingness to act on the review
Material issues need remediation. Changes to copy, targeting, products or the journey may require further review before use.
Regulated activity needs its own route
Consumer credit, regulated credit broking, personal or mixed-use borrowing and mortgages are outside this service. A different scope and any necessary regulatory arrangement must be in place first.
